Over the course of two hours, indulge in a tasting of five remarkable wines, each carefully paired with an exquisite cheese to create a seamless and memorable experience.
The Wines
Our wine selection is designed to impress, featuring the crisp Langlois-Chateau Crémant de Loire, a vibrant Vila Wolf Riesling from the celebrated Ernst Loosen winery, the velvety U Passimiento from Sicily’s volcanic soils, and the smooth Graham’s 10-Year-Old Tawny Port. These carefully chosen wines ensure a perfect tasting journey.
Adding to the excitement, this event coincides with Beaujolais Nouveau Day, where you’ll enjoy a special glass of this year’s release—an ideal way to elevate the evening.
The Cheeses
Our deli takes pride in offering only the finest artisan cheeses sourced from small, dedicated producers. With many of our cheeses crafted using traditional methods and milk from the artisans’ own herds, each cheese boasts unique, exceptional flavours. The evening’s curated selection brings you artisan cheeses from France, England, Switzerland, Ireland, and Italy, each telling the story of its homeland’s rich tradition.
